Scratch and Win Promotion Ts & Cs

  1. This promotion ("the Promotion") is conducted by SIMBISA Zimbabwe ("SIMBISA"), referred to herein as "the Promoters") and may only be entered into by customers of SIMBISA restaurants who are resident in Zimbabwe.
  2. Promotion is only available to customers who pay using InnBucks in Chicken Inn, Pizza Inn, Baker's Inn and Creamy Inn stores. Prizes are set and cannot be changed or swapped
  3. No persons related to the Promoters (including but not limited to their Subsidiaries and / or Franchisees) by way of being: directors, members, partners, employees, franchisees, agents of, or consultants to;
    1. any marketing service provider(s), any supplier(s) of goods or services,
    2. any other person who directly or indirectly controls, or is controlled by them; or
    3. any spouse, life partner, parent, child, brother, sister, business partner or associate of any of such persons; may partake in this Promotion.
  4. A copy of these Promotion rules ("the Rules") is available on www.facebook.com/innbucks.zw. These Rules may be amended by reasonable notification via the SIMBISA page at any time during the Promotion and will be applied and interpreted by the Promoters and their decisions regarding any disputes relating to such meaning and / or content will be final and binding.
  5. Participation by the entrants in the Promotion constitutes an agreement to abide by these Rules.
  6. Entries for The Promotion will run from 08h00am on 1 October 2024 and will end at 24h00 on 30 November 2024.
  7. To take part, entrants must purchase/make payment for their meals using InnBucks for at least $3 dollars.
  8. Each $3 gets entrants a scratch card. Customers must scratch to review the products. Only scratch cards with products matching in consecutive row, column or diagonally win the product matched.
  9. Prizes are redeemable at the time and day of purchase. On cases where prize won is not available on the complex of purchase, customers will be issued with a meal voucher for their prize that they would have won.
  10. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash
  11. iPhone prize cannot be redeemed instantly but within 14 working days.
  12. To be automatically entered into the monthly prize draws customers must spend at least $15 within a month.
  13. Monthly prize customers will be drawn electronically and communicated over mass media channels and to their phone numbers.
  14. Monthly prizes are redeemable through recorded hand over ceremony which will happen within 21 working days upon monthly draw.
  15. Winners must show positive identifications and be true InnBucks customers
  16. This promotion is only available to individual customers and corporate institutions do not qualify. Therefore, orders only a maximum of 20 scratch cards can be issued per individual.
  17. To the maximum extent permitted in law, the owners of any SIMBISA restaurant, SIMBISA Advertising Zimbabwe, or any holding or subsidiary companies, or any of their respective directors, officers, managers, employees, agents, franchisees, or anyone associated with any of them, shall not incur any liability to any person for any injury, loss, claim or damage of any nature whatsoever whether direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise, as a result of (or in any way connected to) any person entering into, or arising from any cause whatsoever or howsoever arising from any person's participation in any way, in this Competition or as a result of (or in any way connected to) any prizes won there under (any such prizes being utilized and accepted at the sole and own risk of any winner thereof).
  18. In the event of a dispute in respect of any aspect of the Promotion, the Promoters' decision is final, and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
  19. By entering the Promotion, entrants agree to receive further communication and direct marketing material from the Promoters, and their holding and subsidiary companies, provided that the entrants may opt-out of receiving commercial communications at any time via the appropriate opt-out mechanisms provided by the Promoters for such purpose.
  20. Dial a Delivery purchases are not eligible for participation in this promotion
